Shipping and Returns
1. Shipping within Cyprus
Courier
Nima ships across Cyprus via AKIS Express, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
Processing Time
Each pair is created using both machine embroidery and hand‑crafted detailing. Processing time: 7–10 business days. Once your order is ready, it is shipped immediately.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are included in the final product price. No additional charges apply at checkout for orders within Cyprus.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a message with your tracking number from AKIS Express.
2. International Shipping
Nima ships internationally using reliable courier partners.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local courier networks.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on:
- destination country
- courier rates
- package weight
Cyprus is excluded from automatic calculation because it uses a fixed rate.
Important Notes
- International shipments may experience delays due to customs or local courier services.
- The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.
- Delivery times may be affected by holidays or high‑volume periods.
- Please ensure that your shipping details are correct to avoid delays.
- If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, you may contact us via email.
3. Returns
Returns are accepted only for unused products, in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must not have been worn or used
- It must show no signs of wear or alteration
- It must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Additional Return Requirements (Nima Policy)
In addition to the above, returns are accepted only when:
- The product is returned in secure packaging, accompanied by the original receipt and invoice.
- The return is made via courier. In case the product is lost during return transit, Nima cannot issue a refund. Nima bears no responsibility for missing items during the return process.
- The product is returned in the same condition as received: complete, undamaged, and without signs of use.
4. Right of Withdrawal (14‑Day Cancellation Right)
Customers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, for any reason.
If the order includes multiple items delivered separately, the 14‑day period begins from the final delivery. If the deadline falls on a non‑business day, it is extended to the next business day.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Once Nima is notified of the withdrawal, Nima is not responsible for the processing time of the refund by the payment provider.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply as defined in the Cyprus Consumer Rights Law of 2013 (Ν.133(I)/2013).
Customer Responsibility During Withdrawal Period
The customer must compensate Nima if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine:
- its nature
- its characteristics
- its functionality
If returned items are damaged or incomplete, Nima reserves the right to seek compensation. The amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned product and may be deducted from the refund.
5. How to Cancel a Purchase
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must explicitly notify Nima of their decision. Simply returning the product is not sufficient.
A withdrawal statement ( withdrawal from ) must be submitted. Nima will confirm receipt of the withdrawal statement as soon as it is received.
Nima bears no responsibility if the withdrawal statement is not received due to incorrect contact details provided by the customer. If the customer does not receive confirmation, they must notify Nima immediately.
6. Exchanges
Because Nima products are artistically modified, exchanges may be limited.
Exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product is unused and in excellent condition
- The requested size or design is available
- The exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery
If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be offered.
7. Defective Products
If a product arrives with a visible defect, the customer must contact us within 48 hours and provide photos.
In such cases, Nima covers all return and replacement shipping costs.
8. Non‑Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products that have been worn or used
- Items showing signs of wear
- Products exposed to water, chemicals, or improper cleaning
- Items altered by the customer
- Custom‑made items in special sizes or colors (if applicable)
9. Return Process
To initiate a return, the customer must contact us via email or Instagram and provide:
- Order number
- Full name
- Photos of the product (if needed)
- Reason for the return
They will then receive instructions for the return shipment.
