These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Nima website and the purchase of products through our online store. By accessing the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Nima’s products are handmade and artistically modified. Due to their handcrafted nature:
- slight variations in color, stitching, or pattern may occur
- each pair is unique and may differ slightly from photos
Such variations are inherent to the artistic process and do not constitute defects.
3. Eligibility to Purchase
To make a purchase through our website, you must:
- be 18 years of age or older
- use a valid credit or debit card accepted by PayPal or our payment provider
Products purchased from Nima are intended exclusively for personal use or gifting. They may not be resold, used for commercial purposes, or exploited for commercial gain.
Nima reserves the right to limit the quantity of items shipped to any customer or address.
4. Orders
Orders placed through the Nima online store constitute distance sales contracts, governed by:
- the Cyprus Consumer Rights Law of 2013 (Ν.133(I)/2013)
- the Cyprus Electronic Commerce Law (Ν.156(I)/2004)
Product photos are indicative and may differ slightly from the final handmade item.
Nima maintains a record of all transactions for at least one (1) year, in accordance with legal requirements.
5. Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure accurate stock information. However, Nima is not liable for temporary shortages or stock discrepancies.
If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you via email or phone within seven (7) business days to provide an estimated availability date or alternative options.
6. Pricing & Modifications
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice
- Product availability is not guaranteed
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier and location
Nima reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
7. Orders & Payments
To complete an order, customers must provide accurate:
- name
- shipping address
- payment details
No user account is required. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
Nima is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information.
8. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Nima is not responsible for delays caused by:
- courier services
- customs procedures
- incorrect or incomplete shipping details

The shoes sold by Nima are authentic Converse products that have been artistically modified. Nima is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Converse. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

- damage caused by improper use, cleaning, or handling
- losses resulting from incorrect customer information
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase value of the product.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable European Union legislation. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
